A well-rounded communications specialist with an eye for community relations and public affairs, Liam uses his comprehensive and unique skill set to support developing and implementing impactful communication strategies that resonate. He leverages his academic background and extensive experience in stakeholder relations and research to deliver innovative and effective public relations solutions for clients.

 Liam is an effective project manager and event organizer, using a meticulous approach to event planning that fosters meaningful engagement among diverse stakeholders. Having organized conferences, roundtables and panels, he knows what it takes to manage a seamless event from pre-event planning through to post-event wrap-up.

Prior to joining Coast Communications and Public Affairs, Liam worked for the Honourable Terry Beech, Minister of Citizens’ Services, handling stakeholder relations, communications and policy work. He also played a pivotal role at the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center, specializing in stakeholder relations and cybersecurity analysis.

Liam holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of British Columbia and dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and International Security and Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University. Fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew, Liam has lived significant periods of his life in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Tel Aviv, Israel; and Canada. The combination of his international experiences and in-depth knowledge of Canada’s political landscape gives him a unique perspective on public affairs and public relations.

Liam is an engaged member of his community and is actively involved in the Electoral District Association in Burnaby North-Seymour. Outside of working and volunteering, he enjoys spending time with his kitten, Charlie, and pursuing interests in movies, cooking and art.
